War for talent is back in Europe. Why ? Because more than ever, what will make the difference for a company will be the competencies and value that talents can bring.
The companies who are successful today may not be the ones who will be successful in ten years.
What do we mean by talents ? We not only mean strong competencies but also “soft skills” such as flexibility, communication, courage, self-motivation, influencing skills, and leadership. The talents we are looking for today will be the Leaders of tomorrow. You never know exactly when a Talent will decide to leave your company or, when you will need those specific skills and behaviors (ie : digital skills, innovation skills , business development, market access, strong leadership, transformation skills, change management skills ….). At least, you will be ready to act quicker when you have prepared your search for these Talents and competencies.
Anticipate and be prepared to reach out to the Best Talent and Competencies on your market in order to differentiate yourself and be stronger than your competitors.
